Swim Instructor Opportunity
No experience? Not to worry, Main Street Swim School provides paid training, lifeguarding certification and continuing job education! This opportunity is great for students, side jobs, nannies, part-time, and full-time individuals who are looking to work for a company that values growth and professional development. If you are seeking employment that offers more variety and fun than a typical 9-5 job, this is the position for you. At MSS, you make money while saving lives.
Swim Instructor Pay:
- Competitive starting rate of $18-$23/hour
- Raise opportunities through additional training
- Paid training starts at $18/hour
- Additional hourly pay for Swim Camps, Guarding and Subbing

Instructor Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
- Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds
- Must be 15 years or older to all positions
- Must be 18 years or older for Lead Instructor
- Afternoons and weekends required
- Enjoy working with children from ages 4 months-13yrs
