Lead Bathroom Installer

Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We’re seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
As a Bathroom Remodeler , you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects.

Bath Tune-Up is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-quality bathroom remodels with professionalism, precision, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
- Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
- Experience with installing different shower wall materials from tile to wall panel systems
- Light electrical
- Plumbing for shower and sink hook ups
- Conduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standards
- Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
- Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications
- English as a first language (for safety and communication purposes)
- Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades
- Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques
- Competence in:
- Demo work
- Installation (fixtures, flooring, etc.)
- Painting
- Sheetrock repair and finishing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working in residential remodeling or construction
- Familiarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systems
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $25–$45/hour depending on experience
