Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Lead

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, CRM customization, development, integrations, reporting, and functional solutions.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, including Entities, Workflows, Configuration, Customization, and Integrations.
- Expertise in Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web Resources, JavaScript, Business Process Flows, and custom scripts.
- Strong knowledge of CRM Web API, OData, REST, and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Service Management modules.
- Experience with OOB CRM/SSRS reporting, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, and WCF.
- Expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong understanding of CRM security model and deployment methods.
- Experience with NServiceBus and enterprise CRM integrations.
- Minimum 2 Dynamics CRM implementation projects/cycles.
- Strong knowledge of CRM design, development, integration, and implementation best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead and participate in high-level design and solution discussions.
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Provide technical and functional guidance on Dynamics CRM best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process optimization.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
