Scope of Position This experienced individual, as part of the Shipping department, will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders along with continuing development within the department. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities * Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. * Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks. * Accurately transfer finished goods into inventory. * Accurately count and organize products in warehouse. * Cycle count locations and communicate variances. * Ability to systemically ship standard orders. (ex: General carriers, UPS) * Display proficiency with RF scan gun functions. * Experienced in most department computer applications. * Assist with training of department employees. * Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts. * Completes industrial lift truck certifications. * Maintains department standards and appearance. * Collaborate effectively with all team members across departments.
