About the Role: As our Director of Catering & Conference Services , you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to driving revenue, operational excellence, and memorable event experiences. Strong sales in weddings is a must for this role. Your Impact – Executive Leadership You will shape the vision, strategy, and culture of the Catering & Conference Services function—driving revenue performance, developing talent, and ensuring flawless event execution.
