Service Coordinator (Mail & Fingerprinting Services)

Description Location: San Diego, CA Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours a week) Office Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Processing Associate to support our San Diego location. This is a full-time role primarily focused on handling incoming mail and packages, with some light customer support responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages Scan mail items and upload them to customer accounts Handle customer requests such as mail forwarding, shredding, and storage Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of sensitive documents Keep the workspace clean, organized, and secure Fingerprinting Services (Certifix Live Scan) Capture fingerprints using electronic Live Scan equipment (training provided) Assist customers with forms and verify identification Follow procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain proper setup and cleanliness of equipment Customer Support (Phone & Email) Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service-related questions Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Help resolve common issues related to mail services and accounts Escalate more complex issues when needed Front Desk & Customer Experience Greet and assist walk-in customers Explain services and pricing clearly Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or similar experience preferred Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email) Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Position Details $18-$20 per hour Located at our San Diego office Training provided Opportunity to work with two growing nationwide service brands Benefits for full time employees including: health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and more #J-18808-Ljbffr PostScan Mail
