Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled maintenance technician in Erie, PA. Employees receive great healthcare benefits, a supportive management team, competitive pay wages, and the opportunity to have a long-term, stable career!Job DutiesPerform Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly PMs on all CNC machinery to ensure optimal machine performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.Respond to any assigned maintenance tasks.Reports all critical machine repair requirements and quality problems to the manufacturing manager.Fills out time slips and other necessary paperwork on a complete and timely basis.Follow housekeeping and 5s tasks.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.QualificationsAt least four years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or machine repairHigh mechanical aptitude and knowledgeAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machineryCNC machine maintenance and operation would be a plusCompensation$27.30-30/HRThis is a 1st shift position!Overtime is available on a consistent basisQuarterly profit sharing bonus checks are available for all employeesJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Erie, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Well organized; participative management; full benefit package (Full medical coverage - no paid out of pocket) Candidates can earn up to 12.5% Profit-Sharing bonus each year!!
