Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in individual and couples therapy, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a streamlined billing service to manage client and insurance accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and processing.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including timely completion of clinical notes post-therapy sessions.
\n
• Manage client scheduling and maintain an organized calendar, effectively adhering to a full-time caseload.
\n
• Exhibit proficiency in addressing various clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds and age groups. This includes individuals seeking support for personal challenges, couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families facing transitional difficulties. We believe in providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges the unique contexts of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours weekly, with at least two evenings per week included in your schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n
