Case Manager - Acute CareLocation: Eureka, CaliforniaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:30)Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with acute care experience to join our team in Eureka, California. This role requires the ability to work every other weekend and offers a unique opportunity to explore nature with easy access to seven different state and national parks.
