About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Press Helper for our Louisville manufacturing facility. A Press Helper is responsible for all activities associated with supporting the Press Department with print design set up, operation, clean up, and staging materials.

Responsibilities

• Must become familiar with technical aspects of the press and be able to assist troubleshoot printing issues.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Prepping roll stocks to load into the printing press.
• Preparing finished rolls for inventory.
• Responsible for complete and efficient print changeovers.
• Responsible for inspection and maintenance of printing equipment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
• Experience working with Printing Press in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Flexibility to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
