Nights Charge Nurse - Trauma & Mixed-Acuity Care

Intermountain Healthcare

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks an RN Charge Nurse for night shifts. You will lead the interdisciplinary team, coordinate staffing, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care within the unit’s plan of care. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.

You will mentor staff, support adherence to policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while managing resources and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
