Client Care Coordinator and Staffing Scheduler (CNA)

Right at Home Pinnacle Peak is seeking an exceptional individual to become the first office team member in our growing premium home care agency serving North Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills. This is more than a scheduling job. You will be the operational heartbeat of our agency—coordinating caregivers, supporting clients and families, solving problems, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and able to think quickly Compassionate and empathetic with seniors and caregivers Dependable, professional, and positive A natural problem solver who enjoys helping others Willing and able to step in and cover emergency caregiver shifts when needed Position Summary The Scheduler/CNA is responsible for managing caregiver schedules, coordinating client care, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.
