Electrical Assembler Opportunity

Previous electrical assembly or wiring experience is preferred for this hands-on role. A growing manufacturing company in Monticello, IN is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their production team. This company specializes in manufacturing power modules and electrical components and offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where employees can build valuable skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, reading schematics, and growing within a stable manufacturing setting.

The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and installing electrical components and systems used in power modules. This role supports production by ensuring components are built accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Assemble wires and electrical components for power modules
Operate a drill press and various hand tools
Connect and route electrical wiring and cables
Troubleshoot and test electrical components
Install lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, wall boxes, and terminal boards

$16.00 $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Monday Friday
7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
