Trailer Manufacturing Assembler

Position Summary

We're looking for dependable Assemblers to join a trailer manufacturing team. This position involves hands-on assembly of trailer components using hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

Assemble trailer components and parts according to specifications and production requirements.
Use hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, and other basic equipment.
Install brackets, hardware, wiring, flooring, doors, lights, and other trailer components.
Measure, align, and secure components to ensure proper fit and quality.
Read and follow basic work instructions, drawings, and assembly diagrams.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper installation.
Perform basic fabrication, drilling, cutting, grinding, or fastening as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Assist coworkers and move materials throughout the production area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around noise, tools, and equipment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work . Previous trailer or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
