Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to join a high-growth, private equity-backed organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, building sophisticated financial models and transforming data into meaningful business insights. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this individual will play a key role in planning, reporting and business intelligence across a complex multi-entity organization. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills and a passion for improving processes through technology and automation. What You'll Do Drive Financial Planning & Business Performance Lead the annual budget process, quarterly forecasts and long-term financial planning Develop financial models that evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives and operational decisions Analyze monthly financial results, identify key business drivers and communicate meaningful recommendations to leadership Support business leaders by providing financial insight that influences strategic decision making Enhance Reporting & Financial Systems Serve as a subject matter expert for the company\'s financial planning and consolidation platform Improve reporting processes by developing automated dashboards, standardized reporting packages and scalable workflows Help optimize reporting cycles while increasing accuracy and efficiency across multiple business entities Support financial consolidations and enterprise reporting initiatives Analyze large volumes of operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Develop dashboards and performance metrics that provide visibility into sales, profitability, backlog and operational performance Partner with leadership to establish meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks Transform complex data into clear, executive-level presentations and recommendations Executive Reporting & Strategic Initiatives Prepare financial presentations for executive leadership, board meetings and private equity stakeholders Support recurring investor reporting requirements and post-acquisition integration activities Monitor performance against strategic initiatives and track operational synergies across the organization Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI tools and workflow enhancements Partner with cross-functional teams on finance transformation projects that support continued organizational growth Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field 3+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity is REQUIRED Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills Experience with enterprise planning or financial consolidation platforms such as Vena or similar solutions Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and communicate financial insights to executive audiences Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills Experience supporting private equity sponsors or institutional investors Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, SQL, Python or similar technologies Background within manufacturing, distribution, industrial or infrastructure-related industries Experience supporting multi-entity organizations with consolidations and intercompany reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
