Position Overview

Looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to help improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency while reducing process variation and operating costs. This person will use data-driven problem solving to identify root causes, improve manufacturing processes, support corrective actions, and participate in internal quality audits.

Must-Haves

• 5–7+ years of Quality Engineering experience
• Aerospace experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control
• Experience with measurement methods and quality techniques
• Strong root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving experience
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office for quality/data analysis
• Pivot tables
• Control charts
• Data analysis

Nice-to-Haves

• Composite materials experience
• PFMEA experience
• MSA experience

Key Responsibilities

• Improve overall product quality
• Identify and reduce variation within manufacturing processes
• Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing/quality issues
• Drive corrective actions for internal and external quality issues
• Use data and quality metrics to identify xhyhwjd process improvements
• Support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Participate in internal process audits
• Improve manufacturing efficiency and help reduce operating costs
• Support customer satisfaction through product and process improvements

Root Cause Analysis + Corrective Action + FMEA/PFMEA + MSA + Manufacturing Quality

Composite experience would be a strong bonus, but I wouldn't make it a hard requirement based on this JD.
