They should be comfortable with tight timelines and budgets, have a sharp understanding of constraints, and possess expert knowledge of and energy about tools and automation, especially AI tools. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires a self-starter with a passion for the company's mission and a strong alignment with its core values.
