Position: Account Manager, Landscape Maintenance Location: Houston, TX Job Id: 244 # of Openings: 0 Overview: Lawn Management Company (LMC) is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to serve as liaison between customers and operations teams. The role includes coordinating job site inspections, communicating project timelines, resolving issues, selling enhancements, renewing contracts, and supporting budgeting. Responsibilities Act as primary contact for customers, crew, and management. Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities. Update customer database and handle all requests, problems, or questions. Complete orders for job materials, schedule work, and perform follow‑up with customers. Meet with crew leaders to ensure work stays within budgeted hours. Conduct routine site visits and schedule inspections. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience. Valid driver’s license with clean record. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport. Comfortable using computers and technology. Alignment with company values.
