Crew Member – Part-Time

Jersey Mike’s Subs – Lino Lakes, MN

Base Pay: $11.50–$13.00/hour + tips
Tips currently average approximately $3.50/hour

No restaurant experience is required. We’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most to us is showing up ready to work, treating customers and teammates well, and being willing to learn.

As a Crew Member, you’ll learn different parts of running a Jersey Mike’s restaurant while working alongside a supportive team.

You’ll help:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, genuine service

• Take orders and operate the register

• Prepare subs and other menu items

• Restock and keep the restaurant organized

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean work environment

• Work together with your teammates during busy periods

• Learn new positions as you complete training and certifications

Everyone on our team helps wherever needed. Some shifts get busy, and we count on each other to show up, work together, and take care of our customers.

Base pay ranges from $11.50–$13.00 per hour plus tips , based on experience, availability, training, and certifications.

Our team members currently average approximately $3.50 per hour in tips , bringing estimated total hourly earnings to approximately $15.00–$16.50 per hour when average tips are included.

As you learn more positions, complete certifications, and demonstrate that you’re a dependable member of the team, you’ll have opportunities to earn additional pay and take on more responsibility.

For team members who want to continue growing with Jersey Mike’s, there are also opportunities to develop toward future leadership positions.
