What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll learn different parts of running a Jersey Mike's restaurant while working alongside a supportive team. You'll help:
Pay & Growth Base pay ranges from $11.50-$13.00 per hour plus tips , based on experience, availability, training, and certifications. Our team members currently average approximately $3.50 per hour in tips , bringing estimated total hourly earnings to approximately $15.00-$16.50 per hour when average tips are included. As you learn more positions, complete certifications, and demonstrate that you're a dependable member of the team, you'll have opportunities to earn additional pay and take on more responsibility. For team members who want to continue growing with Jersey Mike's, there are also opportunities to develop toward future leadership positions.

- Prepare subs and other menu items
- Restock and keep the restaurant organized
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean work environment
