Base Pay: $15.00–$16.25/hour + tips

Jersey Mike’s Subs in Lino Lakes is looking for dependable, energetic Restaurant Team Members age 18+ to join our team.

No restaurant experience is required. We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to succeed.

Unlike many restaurants, we close at 9:00 p.m. , so most closing shifts are finished by approximately 9:30 p.m.

• Approximately $18.50–$19.75/hour in total earnings when average tips are included

As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll learn all areas of the restaurant and help deliver the friendly, high-quality experience Jersey Mike’s is known for.

You’ll:

• Provide friendly, genuine customer service

• Prepare and serve fresh food to Jersey Mike’s quality standards

• Learn our signature fresh-sliced service

• Cross-train on the slicer, grill, front line, register, food prep, and digital orders

• Complete food preparation and stocking responsibilities

• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming

• Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Work together with your teammates during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend rushes

Everyone on our team helps wherever needed. We’re looking for people who take ownership, support their teammates, and can be counted on when things get busy.

You must be 18 years of age or older for this position.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Base pay ranges from $15.00–$16.25 per hour plus tips , based on experience, availability, training, and certifications.

Our team members currently average approximately $3.50 per hour in tips , bringing estimated total hourly earnings to approximately $18.50–$19.75 per hour when average tips are included. Tips vary and are not guaranteed.

As you learn more positions, complete certifications, and demonstrate reliability and strong performance, you’ll have opportunities to earn additional pay and take on more responsibility.
