Human Resources Generalist

Unison Health is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support, guide employees on benefits and policies, and maintain compliant records. You will handle leave coordination, enrollment, and policy interpretation while contributing to a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS (UKG preferred).
