POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the Management Team in accomplishing the shift duties and objectives Ensuring proper completion of all side work Assisting with general shift work including slicing, making sandwiches in roughly 30 seconds, doing assorted shift side work, handling customer complaints, and training new employees Completing weekly administrative tasks Being the manager on duty 2‑5 nights a week Job Type: Full-time/Part‑timeCREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers upon entry and exit Provide world‑class customer service Execute fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standardsQUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should demonstrate great customer service, leadership, and a drive for success. Strong self‑management skills Personable Responsible Punctual Organizational skills Listening skills Strong work ethic Ability to handle fast‑paced and high‑stress situations in the store Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervisionPIC RESPONSIBILITIES
