Why Drive for BlueLinx Home every night and weekend, so you can be with your family The position offers a guaranteed pay rate of $252 per day First shift hours Flatbed and Curtain Side trailers, no tarping New safe and reliable equipment Life Insurance 401K Paid Time Off (accrued) and Holiday Pay What You’ll Deliver Properly secure loads. NO tarping – ONLY strapping Accurate and timely delivery of freight and handling of customer product returns when required Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork from customers Interact professionally with customers and communicate customer issues Maintain daily safety checklist and perform all required DOT inspections Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports Direct the unloading by customers, when required How You’ll Deliver Valid Class A CDL Minimum 21 years of age 12 months of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years Safe Driving Record Ability to secure loads Ability to work in all weather conditions Our Values With every decision and action, we put people first, keep the future in mind, and work as a team toward shared progress.
