Wealth Management Associate

We are seeking a professional Wealth Management Associate to join a growing team in Greenville, SC . This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a client services role in the wealth management industry. Responsibilities: Support financial advisors with financial planning analysis, strategy implementation, and preparation for client meetings Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans, retirement projections, and investment-related analyses Coordinate client onboarding activities, account setup, and ongoing service requests Prepare, process, and monitor account documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and provide responsive, high-quality service Track action items, follow through on client and advisor requests, and ensure timely completion of deliverables Maintain accurate client records, data integrity, and documentation across internal systems and platforms Help optimize workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and client service processes Collaborate with advisors and team members on operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects Adhere to industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or a related field Professional certifications or licenses such as CFP, CFA, CPA, SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or progress toward obtaining a relevant credential Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong Excel Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with business technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools.
