Accountant Controller

Job Description We are looking for an Accountant Controller to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities Oversee Accounting Staff Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries Utilize accounting software to record and analyze financial data Provide support for audits and other financial examinations Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficient in using QuickBooks Enterprise accounting software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry Salesforce experience not required but preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000-$90,000 depending on Experience Expected hours: 40 per week.
