Job Description We are seeking a Global Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B partner and alliance marketing, program management, and stakeholder engagement and a proven ability to enable strategic Systems Integrators, lead co-marketing initiatives, and drive executive engagement to accelerate go-to-market outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead partner enablement and training programs for the Business Agent Platform and Business Messaging ecosystem. Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market activities with global partners. Drive executive engagement initiatives and briefings with priority partners. Manage cross-functional workstreams with internal product, sales, comms, and partner teams in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate joint solution positioning and assets with Systems Integrators including Accenture, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and others. Track program performance, partner pipeline impact, and report outcomes to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8 years of experience in B2B, partner, alliance, or enterprise technology marketing. Hands-on experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners. Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
