Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the dental lab industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.

This role is based in the Boston area and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team that values initiative and results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, outbound outreach, and inbound leads.
• Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify market opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the dental lab industry or healthcare software.
• Proven track record of success with end-to-end small and medium deal cycles and complex sales environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Technologically adept and comfortable utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
