Position Overview
Ace Martial Arts is seeking a qualified Taekwondo Instructor / Master to deliver high-quality instruction and support daily studio operations. The ideal candidate is disciplined, reliable, and passionate about developing students both physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured Taekwondo instruction to students across all age groups and skill levels
Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance and advancement
Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment
Support class scheduling, student engagement, and general studio operations
Assist with events, belt testing, and program activities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Kukkiwon Certification (Black Belt, 1st Dan or higher required)
Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with children, teens, and adults
Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Korean preferred
Compensation
$20.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
No overtime eligibility
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Benefits (Full-Time Employees)
15 days of paid vacation after one year of employment
5 paid sick days annually
Additional performance- or event-based compensation (approximately $500–$1,000 per month)
