WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

You can’t beat the chance to roll up your sleeves and get to work directly alongside the experts when it comes to professional development. Here, you’ll get to do that, but you’ll also enjoy the following perks—which we think are pretty great:

• Meaningful work and mission – You already know we help bring our clients' dreams to fruition; what sets us apart is that we do it with a rare independence that allows us to put clients first—always. We’re pretty proud of the clients we serve, too, many of whom are educational, nonprofit, medical, and community organizations working to better the world around them.
• Direct access to firm principals – Our size allows for firm-wide collaboration and regular exposure to our leaders.
• Respect for (and flexibility that allows for) work/life balance— and, while you’re at the office, a genial, collaborative office culture.
• Growth opportunities, both personal and professional – We encourage professional development and internal advancement. We also actively support our employees’ community volunteerism and mental and physical health activities.
• Location – We’re right in the heart of Portsmouth's historic, bustling, small city, home to nationally known arts and entertainment venues, restaurants, outdoor activities, and more.
• Fun! – There’s no taking away from how seriously we take our mission, but we also enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. We even have a Fun Committee. Think catered lunches, firm outings and activities, and more.
