\n \nOur client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to play a critical, hands-on leadership role in designing, building, and scaling software solutions across a multi-platform environment. This individual will act as a technical problem solver, architect, and mentor, helping drive development standards and decision-making across the team.
\n \nThis is a high-impact role where you will balance hands-on development (50%) with technical leadership (50%), helping guide junior developers, streamline processes, and build scalable solutions.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across multiple platforms \n
- Take ownership of technical challenges and proactively drive solutions \n
- Build and design APIs, system integrations, and scalable architectures \n
- Lead code reviews, pull requests, and enforce development best practices \n
- Mentor and coach junior staff, providing guidance and code review \n
- Help define technical roadmaps and break down work into actionable development tasks \n
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions \n
- Support both new feature development and ongoing maintenance of existing systems \n
- Contribute to modernizing legacy applications and migrating older systems \n
- Improve efficiency by reducing unnecessary process overhead and enabling quicker decision-making \n
Required Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development \n
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and relational databases (SQL) \n
- Experience building and consuming APIs and working across distributed systems \n
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problems \n
- Experience contributing to architecture and system design decisions \n
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities \n
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments \n
- Experience working with legacy systems and modernization efforts is a plus \n
- Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or developer productivity tooling \n
- Prior experience mentoring or leading developers \n
