Do you have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and enjoy working with products, inventory, and warehouse equipment?If you're dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a hardworking team, this could be the opportunity for you.What You'll DoKey ResponsibilitiesPick, process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyShip products using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and various shipping programs and equipmentReceive, sort, organize, and stock incoming productsMaintain organized inventory according to brand and product typeInspect merchandise and materials for defects or damagesFollow all warehouse procedures and safety protocolsKeep the warehouse organized and ensure products are properly handled and storedDaily LifeImagine your day: You'll be receiving incoming products, organizing inventory, picking customer orders, and preparing shipments to go out through the appropriate carrier. You'll work with warehouse equipment and shipping systems while helping keep products organized and orders moving accurately and efficiently.What You BringEssential SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick, pack, and ship ordersExcellent time management and organizational skillsDisciplined, self-motivated work ethicStrong attendance and reliable work historyAbility to safely lift and move products weighing 50–75 lbs.Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety protocolsBonus PointsPrevious warehouse or order-picking experienceExperience using pallet jacks or power pallet jacksExperience with aerial picking equipmentFamiliarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or shipping softwareWhat We OfferPerks + BenefitsWork/Life Balance - 40 Hours of pay in 3 days – Work only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and get paid for a full 40-hour workweekCompetitive Pay/Salary - Negotiable based on experienceHealth / Dental / Vision Insurance - Eligible 1st of the month following 30 days employmentCompany 401k with match - Eligible following 90-day intro periodEmployee Discount Program - Eligible following 90-day intro periodPaid Time Off - Eligible following 90-day intro period.
