Practice Highlights: Established group of 25+ physicians & clinicians - a mixture of Family Medicine, Family Medicine w/OB, Internal Medicine, Priority Care, and Psychiatry Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, 4-to-5-day work week with 34 patient contact hours, and dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant Clinic averages approximately 20 deliveries/year per Family Medicine w/OB physician Large outpatient practice with 48 exam spaces, seeing "20 patients per day, with light call requirements EPIC EMR, Dragon, and DAX AI Scribe Onsite X-Ray, Lab, Ultrasound, and Pharmacy with collaborative medical home model with care teams PeaceHealth Benefits and Culture: First year salary guarantee of $294,299 followed by productivity-based compensation, panel management bonuses, plus up to 10% extra in value measures.
