Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a boardâ€'certified Dermatologist to join an onâ€'call/per diem pool, providing intermittent clinical coverage across our dermatology practices in the Portland metro area.

This role offers a unique opportunity to stay clinically activeâ€"or supplement an existing practiceâ€"while maintaining maximum flexibility, no call burden, and strong operational support.

PMG Dermatology is a wellâ€'established, physicianâ€'led group consisting of 20 dermatologists and one Mohs surgeon, with five clinics throughout the Portland metro area, including:

Role Overview:

• Onâ€'Call / Per Diem role (0.01 FTE)
• Provide shortâ€' and/or longâ€'term coverage based on physician vacation, medical leave, or family leave
• Time commitment may range from a few weeks to a few months per year
• Advance notice provided whenever possible to support scheduling flexibility
• You may work alongside other dermatologists in clinic, though independent coverage may occasionally be needed

Practice Support & Clinical Environment:

• Two dedicated medical assistants, who also serve as scribes
• No evening, weekend, or afterâ€'hours call
• Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy available on site
• Fully supported clinic operations and experienced care teams

Compensation & Coverage:

• Compensation is $298 per hour
• Malpractice liability insurance provided by Providence
