About the Role:

Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for experienced, energetic team members to join our crew immediately! We need passionate individuals ready to jump in and make a difference in both our drive thru and kitchen operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering great food with even better service, we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the drive thru window
• Prepare food and beverages according to Sonic's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation
• Take and process customer orders efficiently using the POS system
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume rushes
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Prior experience in drive thru operations or fast food kitchen preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
