They are seeking a hands‑on Live Events Operations Manager to lead execution from planning through on‑site delivery. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows how to bring complex events to life. What You’ll Own End‑to‑end execution of live events across multiple markets Venue sourcing and negotiation (hotels, theaters, stadiums) Vendor management across A/V, staging, catering, security, and logistics partners Travel coordination for staff, vendors, and talent On‑site leadership including load‑in, execution, and load‑out Budget tracking and cost management What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years of experience in live event operations, production, or logistics Proven track record managing large‑scale or multi‑city events Experience negotiating with venues and managing vendor relationships Strong problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure, live environments Willingness to travel ~50% Compensation Base salary: $100K – $125K Discretionary bonus Why This Role You’ll play a critical role in delivering high‑impact events and will have ownership from planning through execution.
