Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,842–$1,945 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: Weeks Shift: 3 x 12-hour Nights Start date: 05/18/2026 Setting: Teaching hospital, Labor & Delivery unit Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to laboring and antepartum patients, including triage and management of high‑risk cases Circulate and recover for cesarean deliveries; perform sterile vaginal exams; monitor fetal status and use internal monitoring as needed Administer and manage medications and infusions per protocol (magnesium sulfate, anticoagulants, antihypertensives, insulin drips) Manage central lines (CVC/PICC) and coordinate with the obstetric care team Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE; document care accurately in the charting system Requirements Active RN license (Idaho) or eligibility to practice in the state; must reside at least 100 miles from the assignment site Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM Experience in a teaching hospital setting preferred Ability to work in a dynamic labor & delivery unit with high‑risk antepartum care Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the travel engagement Fast credentialing and orientation processes Travel coordination and clinical support as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
