Twin City Staffing is hiring a laser operator for a premier manufacturing facility in Coon Rapids, MN! In this role, you will perform setups, operate laser cutting machines, execute routine maintenance, and conduct quality checks to ensure precise cuts. (Depending on experience and shift) Hours:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday
• Weekend Shift: 5:00 am – 5:30 pm, Friday – Sunday

Duties of the laser operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial laser cutting equipment to produce precision parts
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, clean lenses, and troubleshoot machine operations
• Conduct quality control inspections on cut parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and blueprint compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow facility safety regulations

Requirements of the laser operator:

• Prior experience operating laser cutting machinery or CNC metal fabrication equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and use basic measuring instruments
• Working knowledge of shop safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
