Job Description Job Description Procurement Manager – Irvine, CA $145K–$155K + 15% Bonus + Benefits On-site | Full-Time Fast-growing health & wellness CPG company seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning, and purchasing operations supporting rapid production growth. This role partners closely with operations, planning, commercialization, and finance teams to ensure material availability, optimize inventory, and support new product launches and packaging transitions. What We’re Looking For Currently working in a Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain leadership role Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within CPG or food manufacturing Proven experience directly managing 3 or more employees Strong supplier management and sourcing background ERP/MRP systems experience required Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments Ability to drive cross-functional execution and accountability Preferred Background Food, beverage, supplements, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing Experience supporting production planning and inventory optimization Exposure to contract manufacturing and packaging transitions is a plus About the Company High-growth organic nutrition company producing clean, great-tasting products that help consumers live healthier lives.
