Sr. Manager Supply Chain

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in: Business Management, Engineering, or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
5–10+ years experience in: Supply Chain Management overseeing end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations
Experience with: FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)/ DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations)
Conduct supplier risk assessments / Mitigate risks related to: Supply disruptions, Quality issues, Program delays

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies aligned with: Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Strategic Goal Plan
Lead cross-functional collaboration across: Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Quality Assurance
Ensure sourcing strategies support production timelines and program delivery
Manage and mentor supply chain team members
Oversee: Performance reviews, Staffing and workforce planning, Professional development
