Navy Federal Credit Union
Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a member services representative to assist members with a full range of banking products and services. Responsibilities include guiding members with account openings, resolving service requests, and supporting cross-selling initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and previous experience in customer service, especially in a banking environment.
