Equipment Finance Attorney - Financial Services

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a transactional lawyer for its Equipment Finance Team. The Moore & Van Allen Equipment Finance Team primarily represents financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors and lessees in a variety of equipment finance transactions, including direct loans, leases, securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale transactions, with an emphasis on transportation equipment, including aircraft and rail. Unique opportunity to join a growing team. Preferred candidates would have significant transactional experience, with substantial experience in equipment finance transactions. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Competitive compensation package includes full benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Law Degree Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
