Stepdown RN in Festus, Missouri

Join our team as a Stepdown RN at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, Missouri. This 13-week contract offers you the opportunity to work on the Cardiac Stepdown Unit, where you'll oversee patient care for neuro-medical surgical patients. Your days will be structured around 12-hour shifts, rotating every other week weekend schedule, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys patient coordination, evaluating care effectiveness, and collaborating with a versatile team in a busy hospital setting. The unit emphasizes professional accountability and maintaining patient rights, with a focus on your expertise in stepdown care.
