Banquet Bartender

Job Summary:

Banquet Bartenders are responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to understand the guest's needs while preparing the perfect beverages in a timely manner.


Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: starting $8.01 per hour plus service charge
  • The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Part-time positions available
    • weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including setup and breakdown.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years of previous bartending experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and friendly during busy service
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
