Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Requirements
- 2+ years recent Mother Baby (M/B) experience
- Comfortable with a 1:8 patient ratio
- Previous travel experience
- Willing to obtain NIHSS and NRP within 48 hours of offer
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- COVID vaccine required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in clinical monitoring at the unit level.
- Engage in patient, family, staff, and/or student education programs.
- Develop, document, and implement Patient Teaching and Discharge Planning Records.
- Identify unit, staff, and patient care problems; take action or refer problems as necessary.
- May serve as a charge RN and monitor productivity/patient flow if competent.
- If competent, precept new staff.

Compliance / Notes
- Supervisory references required from the last 6 and 12 months.
- Skills checklist must be specific to Mother/Baby discipline.
