Under the general direction of the Supervisor I, Talent Acquisition Unit, as well as the Supervisor II, the incumbent provides analytical and technical personnel services related to classification and pay (C&P) to one or more division/regions in the department. This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become permanent.

Working Conditions

Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency. This position offers hybrid telework opportunities; however, telework arrangements are subject to change at any time based on State & departmental operational needs. Employees may be required to report to the office as necessary.

Primarily sedentary for extended periods of time and operates a computer. Requires fine hand manipulation and repetitive use of hands. Occasional reaching above shoulder level, occasional bending/stooping and answering a telephone, sorting, filing, and reviewing documents.
