This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

The Department of Motor Vehicles Legal Affairs Division is the legal counsel for the Director and the Department. The division is experiencing growth and new challenges in the constantly changing environments of legislation, regulations, administrative and general law. We seek a candidate who is energetic, and mission driven to assist our team into the future. The incumbent must have strong analytical, effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to complete multiple assignments effectively and with minimal supervision as an individual and within a collaborative team environment.
