In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to obtain, verify, and update critical information that supports our operational processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to healthcare provider offices to gather, verify, and update required information Meet daily productivity goals, including call volume and case resolution expectations Accurately document all interactions and maintain complete, detailed records Manage assigned work queues and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items Review completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with established guidelines Communicate effectively with team leads regarding questions, process clarifications, and escalations Identify and elevate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate channels Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with providers and internal team members Follow all company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards Support team objectives and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven work environment Qualifications Required Skills Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to effectively manage time and meet performance goals Comfortable navigating multiple systems and workflows simultaneously Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Previous call center experience Healthcare industry experience Administrative or data-entry experience Additional Requirements Must successfully pass a background check Work Environment Fast-paced, production-focused environment Team-oriented culture with performance-based expectations Frequent phone communication with healthcare providers Computer-based work requiring accurate documentation and data entry #J-18808-Ljbffr TempusDirect, LLC
