The commitment to service includes a trained staff who believes in the philosophy of personal commitment to provide the highest quality of life for those in need of comfort and care.Responsibilities and Duties: The chosen candidate will:Have responsibility for the care of all residentsReport to the Director of NursingHandle emergency situations with the Oak Hill team, by leading and directing other staff in the buildingObserve and assess changes in resident conditionMonitor or oversee the Nursing Department's resident care and documentationNotify On-Call providers as neededQualifications and Skills NYS RN License required (unexpired, in good standing). Long Term Care or rehabilitation experience preferred. IV and PICC line experience preferred.
