Phoenix / Tempe, AZ Talent Corps Talent Corps is growing and we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in the Phoenix/Tempe market . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience recruiting within the construction industry , particularly skilled trades. As a recruiter with Talent Corps, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top construction talent with leading contractors across the region. Responsibilities Recruit and source skilled construction professionals including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and other trades Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, certifications, and project background Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the local construction community Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirements Utilize job boards, referrals, networking, and field outreach to build talent pipelines Coordinate candidate submittals, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM system Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 2+ years of recruiting experience , preferably within construction or skilled trades staffing Strong understanding of construction roles, jobsite culture, and trade skillsets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Health, dental, and vision benefits Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing staffing firm Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity to work with some of the top construction contractors in the region If you are a motivated recruiter who enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities , we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Corps
